From arrivals to the city centre
Send us your flight number, arrival time, destination, passenger count and luggage details. We confirm the meeting point and waiting arrangements before you travel. Once you have collected your bags, meet the driver for a private ride to your agreed hotel or address.
Vehicle, luggage and child seats
Transfers use a nine-seat van. One or two standard suitcases per passenger are usually manageable, depending on group size and bag dimensions. Tell us about oversized items, strollers or sports equipment, and request child seats when enquiring. We confirm the seating and luggage fit before accepting a booking.
Late arrivals and flight changes
For an early or late arrival, share the flight schedule before booking. Overnight availability and included waiting time are confirmed individually. If the flight changes, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the pickup plan.
Airport transfer or layover sightseeing?
A direct airport-to-city ride is arranged by enquiry and an individual quote. If you want sightseeing between flights, choose the Helsinki Layover Tour, select your date online and complete the separate checkout.
English and Chinese support
We can discuss the route in English or Chinese. Tell us your preferred language and the final destination when you get in touch.
